Cannot reach sophos.com from Firewall

I am rather confused because pretty much everything else works. I have a connection from my workstation and the firewall can also ping outside to other connections and even sophos.com. But I cannot register the Firewall with Sophos as it always comes up with not being able to reach sophos.com.

Ive tried adding a firewall rule that allows everything to connect outside over WAN and I have tried activating from the console which throws an unkown error.

Anybody have any further ideas? Or any information you need?

Any chance you're not using the complete serial number? I had the same issue when I initially set mine up and contacted support. The email had the serial number written in white on a blue box, but the box wasn't large enough so the last 2 characters were hidden unless I highlighted and selected everything. Wouldn't have been that hard to figure out if the error message was "Incomplete Serial Number" instead of "Can't connect to server"

Doesnt seem to be it, sadly. There are no hidden characters in my email.
