Application Traffic Shapping

First,I have created new rule for Application base traffic shaping. I want to delete it but unable to find any location.Please Guide.

 

Secondly, I am trying to apply two different shaping rules for directors & for normal users. how i will configure this.

    but i want to configure two different shaping policy for one application(P2P or Streaming. One for executive and other for normal users.

     

    I want to assign 10 Mbps for executive and 5 Mbps for normal users.Is it possible.
