Application Traffic Shapping

traffic shaping can be created and delete from System Services > Traffic shaping.

but i want to configure two different shaping policy for one application(P2P or Streaming. One for executive and other for normal users.

I want to assign 10 Mbps for executive and 5 Mbps for normal users.Is it possible.
