Last seen 1 hour ago = Not Compliant

Can someone please help a newbie out.

I have SMC Server version: 6.0.5 (rev 5423), and have mainly iOS devices.

I don't want devices flagging as not compliant if last seen 1 hour ago as that's not really an issue for me, 3 days would be ideal instead to factor in people having their devices off during the weekend.

I've already changed what I thought was the setting in Configure-Compliance Rules-Max.Syncronization gap, but it hasn't worked..

Let me know if you need any more details, simple answers would be great

hi, the max sync gap is only configured in the compliance rule. there are no other settings for this as far as i am aware, as you using apple devices did you changed the IOS compliance rule for the device group your devices currently reside in?

Thanks Andrew for your response, looks like this issue is resolved, I think I just didn't wait long enough after I changed the setting. So at some stage the devices that were showing as not compliant eventually came right.
