Syncing issue with Winphone 8.1

Question

Hi, I'm using winphone 8.1 and SMC 4.0.

Its working fine except for 1 tiny issue; I have to manually open the SMC app and sync it every 24 hours. Is this a problem or just the way the app works?

Hi Mike, the Windows Phone 8.1. Sophos Mobile Control app does not synchronize automatically. As far as I know, an automatic synchronization was technically not possible on this operating system. This might change with a future OS / SMC version. Best regards Stefan :55302
