caller id and spam protection greyed out

Let me know what version of Android your device is running so I may test this. 

Is this setting shown when you are looking at the built-in "Phone" application, or is it located in the device settings app?

its the latest Android Version 13 I think it is atm.

I´m looking at the build in phone settings and was wondering if its a setting in sophos or somewhere in the phone that I have to change..

It looks like some restrictions can be applied. Try checking "Show caller info" in the link below and compare with what's configured in your Sophos Mobile policy.

My apologies. It looks like the setting I mentioned in my previous comment is relevant to the depreciated "Device Management" mode. It does not look like this option is available with Android Enterprise-managed devices. 

Displaying the caller ID would need to be done at the device-level.
