how do I change that the caller id and spam protection is not greyed out anymore? Phone is in Enterprise Mode, region is Germany. Saw some post on the internet that it might be region locked..?

My apologies. It looks like the setting I mentioned in my previous comment is relevant to the depreciated "Device Management" mode. It does not look like this option is available with Android Enterprise-managed devices.
Displaying the caller ID would need to be done at the device-level.

Let me know what version of Android your device is running so I may test this.
Is this setting shown when you are looking at the built-in "Phone" application, or is it located in the device settings app?
It looks like some restrictions can be applied. Try checking "Show caller info" in the link below and compare with what's configured in your Sophos Mobile policy.
