Hi Sophos experts
I am having some problems with Sophos version 10, it seems to download updates to the serve but wont distribute them to the endpoint computers (about 20 of them) The common error message is Error could not find a source for installation packages code 00000071. Oh I am aware that the license has ran out and will need renewing for the software.

Hello and thanks for replying. Yes the license issue will need to be looked at. However I am abit perplexed as when I look at the update manager it seems to be downloading the binary updates ok, but it says it cant write them to the specified destination: See below:
Is there a specific account which the application uses which I need to check to make sure it has access to the specified locations.?
