Unable to scan - Unknown error 0xA0320001.

Hi All,

I'm getting the following error when I attempt to run a scan on a windows xp workstation. I'm logged in as an administrator and the Sophos version is 9.5.

Anyone seen this error before?

    Hello James,

    can't say what exactly causes this - might be some configuration error. Was this Scan my computer and if, are you able to run it from the console? Anyway I suggest you call Support - collect the relevant information using SDU.
