Unable to push client to Windows 2008 R2 Server

I was tasked with installing Sophos on two new 2008 R2 SP1 servers today and for some reason when I tried to push the install, it wouldn't do anything. The status in EC would just show the orange down arrow. After looking a bit closer, the scheduled task wasn't even being created on the target server.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the push install to work ?

Hello torpy,
while the spreadsheet linked from Endpoint Security and Control, v 9.5 and v 9.7: Platform and Database requirements - system requirements says that SP1 is only supported by the 9.7 Endpoint Package this doesn't mean it won't work. Furthermore Protect Computers involves no magic - it attempts to remotely create and start a task. While the API could require platform specific parameters it is more likely that target-local settings interfere - and Sophos does not attempt to manipulate them.
As I said, I'd just install manually - how frequent would you use Protect Computers for a server anyway?
