Windows 7 Action Center and Sophos

Hey guys! I am new to the forum. I apologize if this question has been asked. So a few of us in the office are running Windows 7. We use Sophos and it is up to date. In the Action Center it claims that Sophos is out of date when literally 5 minutes ago Sophos checked for and installed an update, Is there a fix for this?

We're seeing the same thing at my company with Win7 & SEC9 (currently running the fixed version of 9.0.4). We saw this with 9.0.3 & updating to 9.0.4 cleared the warning (at least temporarily). I'm waiting for it to reoccur under 9.0.4 in order to capture & submit logs to support.
This is an acknowledged issue with Vista & version 7
