Encryption has been postponed

Question

We have Endpoint Protection via Sophos Central. 
 I m try to encrypt our Notebooks, but still receive this message: 
 Encryption has been postponed 
 Alle Notebooks are HP 8720

Devise Encryption is Enabled:

This may be due to the TPM protector you specified in the BIOS: 
 The encryption was postponed. 
 
 Log off or Reboot the Client 
 Log on 
 Confirm the Sophos Device Encryption dialog by pressing the Restart and Encrypt button. Depending on the used protector it is necessary to define a PIN, Password or attach a USB flash drive.
