sync failure for SUM

Hi There,

I am trying to resolve an issue I have with SUM not being able to sync. 

In the SUM trace log I can see the following problem:

   Sync failure: Couldn't authenticate user for resource with host server. URL was: http://dci.sophosupd.com/update/

I am satisfied that it is not a firewall issue as I can browse to http://dci.sophosupd.com/ I get the "it works - authed" and I have also been successful downloading a specific dat file, e.g. http://dci.sophosupd.com/update/e5e317f9006e874679e449ba4b159b5ex000.dat

Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

    Hello Glyn,

    Couldn't authenticate user for resource with host server.

    This suggests that the credentials are incorrect or an issue with your license (might also have been a glitch.

    I have also been successful downloading a specific dat file

    I think I have been able to download individual files in the past but now it seems this no longer works.
