SEC Console Upgraded to 5.2.2 - All policies disappeared

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded the SEC console to 5.2.2., the wizard completed successfully and the server rebooted without issue.

Once the SEC was launched all AV, Updating, Encryption etc.... policies disappeared.

The SQL DB attached doesn't seem to hold the data.  The old DB "SOPHOS51" seems to have all of the information:

1.  Is it possible to get all of the data from the old DB into the new DB, if so, how/any recommendations.

2.  Is there structure changes in the new DB that could cause issues?

I have logged a call with Sophos Support, currently waiting on a reply so thought I would throw this question out there.

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for the feedback. 

    I ended up uninstalling 522 after backing up the databases, re-installing 51 and re-importing the databases and so I am back to square one, but it is working at least.

    Next steps is to upgrade once again.  I'll keep this post up to date with the results.
