error when uninstalling endpoint 10.3 on server

i am trying to uninstall endpoint 10.3 on one of my server so that I can reinstalled.

but I an getting the following error message.

Code - 0000067

Description - Failed to install SAVXP. A previous version could not be uninstalled.

how sure what previous version thet are referringto?

Hello yeowkm,
why you want/have to do this aside - did you remove the components in the recommended order and did you stop the AutoUpdate service before doing so? Where did you see this message - guess not as a response to the uninstall attempt from Programs and Features but in the console.

the message is from the console.
but when i uninstall from Programs and Features, I also have difficulty.
right now, I cannot re-install or uninstall from this particular machine.

Hello yoewkm,
which component fails to uninstall? Usually there should also be a log or a pop-up (if it fails "early"). Hard to suggest something without at least some more details.
