Where did my 10.3.2 package go?

Anyone else missing the 10.3.2 package from their console?

    what version of console are you using? It needs to be 5.2.1 to see the Preview/Recommended/Extended options in the Subscription.

    If you are using an earlier version you will see the current versions listed instead - they are not fixed versions.
