Missing Chart Picture on Sophos Report

Hello,

I have problem on sophos reporting. When i'm generating my weekly report, the chart picture on reports is missing. Why this is happened?

    Hei Sandy, i can't find my solution in there. it just some documentation about reporting description, not for troubleshooting

    And Christian, maybe i'll call support. You mean phone support? there is no support via messenger? (like YM or msn?)
