Missing Chart Picture on Sophos Report

Hello,

I have problem on sophos reporting. When i'm generating my weekly report, the chart picture on reports is missing. Why this is happened?

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Hello stopworking,
you are talking about the standard reports from SEC, aren't you? I'd say it's an issue with ATL (Active Templates Library), don't ask me for details (night be some .DLL issue or whatever). Guess you better call Support (and please follow up here if you've got a solution).

Hei Sandy, i can't find my solution in there. it just some documentation about reporting description, not for troubleshooting
And Christian, maybe i'll call support. You mean phone support? there is no support via messenger? (like YM or msn?)

Hello stopworking,
there's no "chat" support - please see Contact Support for your available options. I prefer the web form (which basically sends a structured email to support) unless it's really urgent or too complex for writing.
