Sophos - Windows 7

Hello, I'm having problems installing the Sophos client on Windows 7 Home Basic. When starting the installer the same ends without installing antivirus. No error is reported. On other computers and systems up to equal the installation was successful. Suggestions?

    HI,

    Can you obtain the latest pair of instlal logs from:\windows\temp\ (I assume this is a managed install rather than a standalone install).

    They have the same time stamp in the file names so you can spot the pair: One is the MSI log the other log file logs the custom actions the MSI runs. I.e.

    Sophos Anti-Virus Install Log_<timestamp>.txt
    Sophos Anti-Virus CustomActions Log_<timestamp>.txt
    Maybe you can upload them to a file sharing site and link to them here.
