How to disable RMS updates?

I have removed RMS from my computer.

The autoupdate still wants to update it each time.

How do I configure autoupdater not to attempt updating RMS ?

    Thank you for your reply and help, I see, so the correct way is uninstall the network version and install the standalone version.

    However, I did mean I'd like to configure my current installation to just not attempt updating RMS. Seems to me it shouldn't be more than a switch somewhere in all the config files eventhough I have not found one. Everything else works well. Thank you.
