How to disable RMS updates?

I have removed RMS from my computer.

The autoupdate still wants to update it each time.

How do I configure autoupdater not to attempt updating RMS ?

I wanted to get rid of the update error, but even after uninstslling it, it still wants to update it. this must be a bug.
