Connecting endpoint to Enterprise Console

We are trying to push Sophos Anti-Virus/HIPs to client machines using Dell KACE. This working to install the deployment package, but the machine isn't communicating with the Console. Does anybody know of a way to get the endpoint and console to communicate if it wasn't installed/pushed using the console itself?

We tried setting the RMS settings when pushing via the Deployment Package Manager but it did not work. We can get the package to install without checking the 'RMS' box in the DPM, but this doesn't help since we need to connect to the SEC. The problem is we're trying to install and manage Sophos across domains.
