Can't update sophos

I can't update my sophos, its has a mark 'x' on it. please help.

    are you one of your site's Sophos administrators? If not, please contact your site's IT support first.

    Message: Installation of product SAVXP failed

    indicates an install error for the AV component. The relevant logs are in the system %TEMP% directory (usually Windows\Temp\) and named Sophos Anti-Virus .....txt. Start with looking for Return value 3 in the Sophos Anti-Virus Install Log_... or Sophos Anti-Virus Major Install Log_....
