Also having the cannot update from server issue... please help

Running Sophos EC 5.2, Endpoint Security and Control 10.0 and Windows 7 32 Bit

Set up secondary server as sophos but cannot update.  

Here is the ALUpdate file:

    secondary server as sophos but cannot update

    so, is your question about the failed update from Sophos (which you set up because the client is outside the home network and thus it is expected that the Primary location fails)?

    Anyway, the Primary fails with error 53 (Network path not found). As said, this is expected if the client is not on the LAN. The subsequent attempt using the Secondary (Sophos) fails with Couldn't authenticate user for resource with host server. Looks like invalid credentials - did you use your license credentials?
