"Other errors" show up when my scan is completed?

Every time I do a full scan with Sophos, it shows these errors at the very end (see attachment)

Are they something I need to be concerned about? And if so, how do I fix them?

    Hello Chloe14,

    some errors are normal, e.g. password protected files can't be scanned. In this case it's a lock which is usually locked (pun inevitable :smileywink:) and can only be accessed by the application owning it. Likely Chrome was open at the time of the scan.
