Every time I do a full scan with Sophos, it shows these errors at the very end (see attachment)

Hello Chloe14,
some errors are normal, e.g. password protected files can't be scanned. In this case it's a lock which is usually locked (pun inevitable :smileywink:) and can only be accessed by the application owning it. Likely Chrome was open at the time of the scan.
