False Alarm? Mal/HTMLGen-A.

Hello Sophos Support Team,

a customers states that our website www.bloomboxer.com is being blocked by your software. Several checks (i.e.via

http://anubis.iseclab.org/  & http://wepawet.iseclab.org or Google Webmaster Tools) in the last 3 hours have not confirmed this and the site is categorized as benign and clean...

How can this can be reviewed? Pls advise.

Many thanks and best regards,

Alexander

  • My laptop is protected using Sophos as are all of my other computers.

When I try to visit one of my sites www.countrysmiths.co.uk  on my laptop I get a meesage saying it is a high risk web site because of Mal/HTMLGen-A and access is blocked.

I do not get this message on any of my other computers.

The website has been checked but nothing has been found, I have run scans on my laptop and again clean, deleted all browsing history but still I get the message

We have no reports of similar issues from customers but as a retail site on the run up to Christmas this is worrying if Sophos is wrongly blocking access to our site.
