Updating Could Not Contact Server

Hi

My sophos has stopped updating simoultaneaously on two remote devices. The work network is still active and updating so it seems odd that these external devices would react differently.

These are the log files:

  • HI,

    The latest log file:

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\ALUpdate[timestamp].log

Will have more information, if you can post that.  I'd sugggest searching the latest log for:

    ALUpdate started

to find the last update attempt and paste here all the lines, after that.

    Regards,

    Jak
