Enterprise Server Updater Gone Too

Title say it all. How do you update/repair the server?

US call support hangs up when accessed, good customer support since we got an invoice for renewal from Sophos yesterday.

    I've got C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\ with 4 CIDs and Warehouse under it.

    And then I've got C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Update Manager\Working\ with 4 Decoded-???? folders underneath it. 

    Delete what?  I'm dying to fix this.  I'd love to fix this turkey!
