Enterprise Server Updater Gone Too

Title say it all. How do you update/repair the server?

US call support hangs up when accessed, good customer support since we got an invoice for renewal from Sophos yesterday.

    My SUM is stuck on Downloading Binaries. I removed the bad update files, turned off on access scanning. I made sure all the files in Quarantine weren't moved/deleted. They are in the right locations. I ran a repair install of the SUM MSI file from an elevated command prompt. I'm running out of ideas here. I've bounced the server 3-4 times between some of the above steps. Does anyone have any ideas? - Joe
