Updating suddenly stopped working

Greetings, my first post. I have 3 machines running Sophos Endpoint Security and Control version 10.3 and all stopped updating today for some reason.  Two of the computers are Windows XP and one Windows 7 Home. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on my computer and still have the same problem. My updating log shows the following?  I have an interval error, source error and download error listed in the log pasted below, I'm totally baffled. 

Any help much appreciated,

    THANKS JAK! 

    It worked!  Downloaded the files fine, but still had the error.  Cleaned out the files in the Cache and Warehouse folders, rebooted, and updated and got the error again when Sophos tried to auto update at the start up. But when I manually forced an update, it loaded and reinstalled.  Worked on all three computers.  

    Thank you again, I would have never solved this without your help!
