Error message stating insufficient privileges for uninstall, logged in as local administrator?

  • i noticed it the day i messaged , its a new laptop as i still use my old one for all my artwork and work related stuff. im baffled as to where it came from , im deffo the only one with access which is weird too . the only sites i have visited on it are facebook , amazon and a tattoo equipment supply page

    Is there a way i can turn it off even so it dosent ping and pop up a warning everytime i do something?
