a regular uninstall should remove all entries which don't have "Sophos" in the path (and the few with Sophos can easily be found). Did you encounter any problems or do sou have a specific issue which makes you think that "all registry entries" must be removed?
I had a earlyer installation of Sophos AV. The PC has changed from one to another windows domain. Now it's unpossible to install a new one. There is no installation entry. I think there are problems with rights in the registry.
I see. So the earlier version has been uninstalled at some time and now the install fails? The logs should give at least a hint what's causing the issue. What makes you think it could be some remnants of the previous install (which could be corrected by a "super-remover")? As for the registry - Sophos doesn't "fiddle" with the keys but there are cases of install failures caused by corrupt security settings (I've seen them on the HKLM\Software path as well as on the \Installer tree - don't think that these are Sphos-specific though. As said, a look at the logs might shed some light on the issue.
