I have followed the steps in the article base. I am clearing my alerts now. This, however does not remove the alerts from the endpoint PC's. I still have 600+ asking me what is going on. We need a solution for the endpoints!!! I understand they are no longer affected with the javab-jb.ide but there is sitll a mess in their quarentined file. This is such a mess!! Please sophos help!! I cant get into support lines. I have a string of issues as a result. We will be going with a different product if this doesnt clear up soon. I will also no longer recomend Sophos to another business.
