i registered for a free savlinux 7 30 day trial and received a username and password. but when i use that in ubuntu, it has not been allowing me to update the signatures. the error i get is:

Failed to replicate from all update sources
is there an issue with the update servers for linux. I am getting this error only for the last 5 days. before that it was updating successfully.
any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
