savlinux 7 linux trial - invalid authentication

hi,

i registered for a free savlinux 7 30 day trial and received a username and password. but when i use that in ubuntu, it has not been allowing me to update the signatures. the error i get is:

bin/savupdate -v5
Updating from http://es-web-3.sophos.com/update/savlinux
Reading http://es-web-3.sophos.com/update/savlinux/server.inf
Downloading http://es-web-3.sophos.com/update/savlinux/server.inf
Failed to download 'http://es-web-3.sophos.com/update/savlinux/server.inf': invalid authentication. Please check PrimaryUpdateUsername and PrimaryUpdatePassword.
Failed to replicate from all update sources

is there an issue with the update servers for linux. I am getting this error only for the last 5 days. before that it was updating successfully.

any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
