Data Control on shared folder

Dear all,

Kindly advise me, how can i apply data control policy on shared folders in my network to prevent users to share and copy sensitive files ?

    Hello Mr. Jak,

    "You're trying to prevent one user from writing to a share and another one reading from it?  Presumably they have write access to the share as the share is meant for some other purpose?  Are you trying to prevent cross department sharing of files?  Preventing Sales people accidentally sharing sensitive files in a public share? ..."

    That was right Mr. Jak, i'm trying to do that in our network... Perhaps You have some advices for me to do that...
