Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2003 - 1-2 min delay when forwarding a message with graphics

Hello.

We've been running Sophos for several years, but recently upgraded to Endpoint Security and Control version 9, with Control Center 4.0.0.2362.  One client is experiencing a 1 to 2 minute delay when forwarding or replying to an Outlook 2003 message that contains embedded graphics.  The in-house mail server is Exchange 2003.  No other clients are experiencing this, and of course, this is the business owner's computer.

Fixes?  Patches?  Exceptions?  I already excluded outlook.exe on the client - no change.
