Sophos Compliance Agent no connection to server

Hello,

since this morning i have 600 clients with Sophos Compliance Agent, reporting:

"The agent was unable to perform the retrieve policy operation. If this problem persists, please contact your administrator to report the problem. (Reason Unknown)"

In the Enterprise Console they where listed NAC Check Error. I've restarted the NAC-Server, all services are running and the web-interface is accessable.

Has anyone an idea what happened?
