After the Shh issue - Enterprise Console wont connect to workstations

Since we are a small company, I went to a few Windows 7 stations and Windows XP station to manuall remove and reinstall the Sophos Anti-virus. Now those computers show up in Enterprise Console greyed out and wont let me protect them.

I get an Access Denied error code 80070005 With Windows 7 and Error code 000000034 with the Windows XP Machines.

Just wondering what could have happened.

I had similar. Close Sophos Control center and reopen. Right click affected PC and delete. Close Sophos Control center and reopen. Go through Protect New Computers. Worked for me.
