Unmanaged Stand Alone Client 9.0 on Win. 7 - Update doesn't work

The error is: Can't contact server. The address used is Sophos with the correct user name and password. I'm not behind a firewall, just a plain cable connection, no proxies.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks. Chris

It looks like something is out of date if it's still using that address.  The updates are located at http://es-web-3.sophos.com/update/ - I assume this is the latest version of the client downloaded from the Sophos website you're using??
