would someone be able to tell me how I can submit a feature request? I couldn't find any proper way of doing so, unless I log a support ticket.
I would like to request more granular control for managing the Roles in the Sophos Enterprise Console. I want to enable our Service Desk to be able to do cleanup operations (which can be done with roles), but I also want them to be able to install/re-install the client on workstations.
However this falls under the role "Computer search, protection and groups", which also enabled them to:
Find computers.
Import computers from a file.
Import computers and containers from Active Directory.
Synchronize a group with Active Directory.
Change group synchronization properties and remove group synchronization.
Protect computers.
Move and delete computers.
Create, rename, move and delete groups.
Assign policies to groups.
Our Security Team is currently responsible for managing groups, application control, AD synchs, etc...
In short, I want them to be able to Protect Computers but not do anything else this group allows to.
