Update problem

I'm having the following problem. I've specified two servers for updates, our own server and sophos itself. At work there seems no problem, but when a user with a notebook tries to update from home, it doesn't work. What could be the problem?

Hello Jo,
doesn't work is a little bit sparse. Please take a look at Update from Secondary Server fails - does this describe your problem?

Hi, just wondering
Are they connecting to the internet directly at home, i.e. home broadband, if so make sure that the proxy option is unticked in their web browser, and then try the update.
Second thing is the sophos location: is the correct details filled in.

For the sophos details. I used the settings I'm using for in our network, but I was wondering if I need to fill in the username and password I got from Sophos to download from their site.

Hello Jo,
to download from Sophos the Sophos credentials are needed.
