  • Hello Azwan,

did this device cause an alert when it was first inserted (i.e. while Device Control was still enabled) or has there been an Applicatin Control alert? It might be that it (its supporting drivers/software) has not been completely installed when first encountered by this computer.
You should follow the usual "device not working properly" procedures in Windows. Device Control does not kick in unless there is a device change from USB. If USB fails to "see" the device no change to the policy would help.
