Delete / Clear Sophos Update Manager(SUM) Alert

Does anyone "know how" to or "succesffully clear" Sophos Update Manager(SUM) Alert?,

    Hi Christian/Jak,

    Currently console report that Sophos Update Manager (SUM) encounter alert  "Software Delivery Failed" & "Threat detection data update failed ", I have view computer detail information and found that the error was few day back and latest threat & software download is successfull.

    Purgedb.exe were successfully remove alert from endpoint but unable to remove alert for Sophos Update Manager (SUM) . Thanks
