Hello Azwan,
Acknowledge alerts ... should do it for those which can be. Others should vanish when the issue is no longer present.
Which alert in particular?

What version of SEC are you on? I remember a bug in SEC 4.0 where clearing SUM errors didn't work.

PurgeDB.exe had to be used, which can still be used I guess.

Hi Christian/Jak,
Currently console report that Sophos Update Manager (SUM) encounter alert "Software Delivery Failed" & "Threat detection data update failed ", I have view computer detail information and found that the error was few day back and latest threat & software download is successfull.
Purgedb.exe were successfully remove alert from endpoint but unable to remove alert for Sophos Update Manager (SUM) . Thanks

please take a look at PurgeDB.exe fails to purge or delete SUM errors and alerts. To repeat Jak's question: Which version of SEC?
