Failed Install SAV component

Hello,

One of my customer report that few PC is having problem to install SAV component, some testing are done and support case was open for this issue with suggested solution http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/13418.html .

The knowledgebase provided some steps to compare registry path "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\Windows" with other PC that successful install SAV component.

I found that on problem PC "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\Windows" access is denied and steps provided could not solved the issue.

Wonder anyone having this problem and have the solution?. Thanks

Hello Christian,
Currently im stuck to take ownership for Windows key, as per sophos support they cant do anything since its already related with Windows issue.
Support also provide with another steps as per link below however windows keys still unable to change permission or object owner. Thanks

FYI... before this customer use other product which is Symantec AV before change to sophos
