One of my customer report that few PC is having problem to install SAV component, some testing are done and support case was open for this issue with suggested solution http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/13418.html .
The knowledgebase provided some steps to compare registry path "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\Windows" with other PC that successful install SAV component.
I found that on problem PC "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\Windows" access is denied and steps provided could not solved the issue.
Wonder anyone having this problem and have the solution?. Thanks
