Error: 80040401 Software Update failed

Question

Initial Update went fine after reinstall, now I keep getting fails with this.

Update manager status

5/25/2012 7:35:28 AM 80040401 Software update failed.

5/25/2012 7:34:44 AM 80040404 Threat detection data update failed.

The knowlege base takes me to a loop of related errors that have not end.

Updatemanager log gives me this.

Edit update from the logviewer after following another tech note to repopulate the warehouse.

Ok got the files out of there. Reran update and now

So i recreated the share, checked to make sure both share and NTFS permissions has Sophos having rights and it seems to be populating the warehouse. I will update when it does something.
