Any thoguhts on what Sophos should do to get back in your good graces and/or make up for the significiant number of hours burnt on this issue?

I suggest sending out T-shirts.  I'll take a 'I survived the great Sophos Meltdown -2012" in an XL.

    naw - over the years I have amassed such a number of T-shirts, polos and sweaters that they'll last for all my life and the next three incarnations. I'd vote for pants and panties (imprinted on the back perhaps).
